Upon signing a PFA Northern Ireland membership form, a member or an associate member, agrees that PFA Northern Ireland has exclusive use of the rights that any member has to use his/her image in any commercial context, including, but not limited to, use in computer games or similar purposes. Upon transfer of the members’ image rights on a collective or individual basis, PFA Northern Ireland will seek compensation for the use of these rights and undertakes to use any monies received for the benefit of the union and its members.
